There's a Vietnamese restaurant in San Francisco called Phở King.
Phở, a type of Vietnamese noodle soup, is pronounced fuh.
The soup is Phởking good!
I prefer the American-style chicken noodle soup rather than the traditional beef broth with tripe, tendon, brisket, flank, and other assorted and unidentifiable cow parts.
Actually a Jewish import - like my paternal grandmother (Two Russians, an Austrian and a Hungarian - and one of the Russians and the Austrian thought they were Polish)
Let's have a traditional family meal of kielbasa, borscht and goulash, washed down by plenty of Vodka with Cafe mit Schlage for dessert!

So, the proprietor is "Wong Fook Hing, Chinese"?
