I know that it’s a little early in the week to be considering Comment of the Week, but this offering from one John Hammond must surely be a contender?

Usually when men talk about their pride and joy its in referance to their dicks. I guess yours is so small you had to find a high powered killing machine to take its place. How much more life needs to be taken to make up for your shriveled little noodle dick?

Thank you John, the judges will notify of their decision in due course. In the meantime...

I guess that qualifies me as a paid up member of the Morecombe Bay Potted Shrimp Society

Oh christ. If john's philosophy is right I'm never admitting to owning a .308 ever again, I'll declare the .22lr instead and hopefully people will think I'm well hung.

I declare a .177 air gun.

Bah, bollocks.

I'd bet that Mr Hammond is both jealous of you having a rifle and hung like a small mosquito.

It's projection.

And my affection for the ROF L7 Rifle?

Cheers

Sounds like John Hammond needs to see a shrink. I
know of no normal people who write to strangers
about the size of their dicks.

John, if you're out there, get a handle on life, and go seek help. Its amazing what a little therapy can do for you. (and stop thinking about dicks)

What would he make of Kiwi's .338?

One of the locals on AR15.com has as his sig line "Of course I'm compensating. If I could kill stuff at 200 meters with my dick, I wouldn't need a gun."

It's not the guns which worry me, it's the size of that bloody spotting scope...

"...size of the bloody spotting scope..."

Kim, when you shoot really tight groups at +200 yrds, you need good optics to check that your rounds are going through the same hole, again ... & again ... & again

D.W.,
Only 200m? I could see if that was in the standing. I can hit pretty consistently (9/10 in the black, the last in the 4 ring) from the prone at 500 yds.

200 Meters? Not with my aging eyes. When I was young and foolish, I thought if it couldn't be done with iron sights, it didn't need doing. Ah, the hubris of youth. Now that I am old and foolish, at much beyond 100 Meters, my best would be considered "suppressive fire."

I've always been a little uncomfortable around any male who takes the time to notice, then comment, on the size, shape or condition of other chaps' wedding tackle. (and, personally, I'm hung like a Clydesdale.)
