waste of ammo, funny how in places with no gun shops i.e. Puerto Rico just about every road sign is full of bullet holes!

I read that telegraph article yesterday and enjoyed the way it ramped the hysteria up to 11.
Oh, and wtf is
one sign in Leicestershire that had been attacked with a high-velocity 23mm shell from a rifle
this?

Besides, it's only sporting if it was done from a moving vehical travelling in excess of 60 MPH at a distance of over 100 yards.
(traffic cameras and the others mentioned above are always sporting no matter the distance or speed differences)

"high-velocity 23mm shell from a rifle"
Just look for a bloke with a very, very sore shoulder...

If you go to the South of France say Provance and drive round on most of the side roads or up in the hills most of the Roadsigns have been shot to hell.

Awful shot group! The shooter has a trigger-pull problem. You could fit the chest of a Somali pirate in there with only flesh wound.
He needs to adjust his elevation up, his windage right, and stop yanking on the trigger like a wanker.
Slow is smooth. Smooth is quick.
