Back in the 1960's LBJ declared "A War on Poverty".
Poverty won that one. Having learned a lesson, Obama declared "A War on Wealth." He is finding that fairly easy to do.

Yep, feed the homeless to the hungry.
The US has spent over $7 trillion in the War on Poverty and poverty still won. The poverty rate hasn't departed much from 12% in the past 30 years.
Never mind that our poor have a car, two television sets, $150 basketball shoes, $200 cell phones, and smoke $150 worth of cigarettes a month.
