Time now for a Tuesday firearms conundrum…
All other things being equal, which would you go for: the Blaser that I mentioned the other day, or this left hooker Heym SR21

Both are in .243, the main difference is that the Heym is half the price of the Blaser. What d’you reckon?

I'd take the Heym over the Blaser even if they were the same price. If you're a Mauser man (and you are), the Heym's action is far more familar-feeling.

Since the weapon will be destroyed or sequestered after firing two or three shots, I'd go with the cheaper one.

I dislike the realtree print. Weapons should not be camouflaged, especially not hunting rifles. Having a polymer stock is worse enough. If the plain wooden stocked one is half the price, for me it would be an easy choice. Get a Swarovski scope with the money you save.
That said, you should actually get this, if they only had the right calibre for ya :/
