I had the pleasure of shoot one of the aforementioned Kimbers on our visit to Texas. We had all been down to an evil gunshow in Dallas & Doc Russia had just bought one. So as you can imagine, its was straight down to the range
Now what can I say, other than it’s a Kimber (tick) it comes fitted with Crimson trace grips (tick)
& I want one, very very badly!

Not to keen on the front-slide serrations, but otherwise, not a bad choice.
Still prefer my Springer, though... even sans Crimson Trace thingy.

ah, ever try to lase a guy with your finger in safety position along the barrel? -- it stops the laser And while I've never held one and know little of it - it LOOKS like there are a bit too many safety's on it -- give me a Sig any day for a working 'carry' pistol -- Remember, people don't kill people, too many Safety's kill people. Though the lanyard attachment is VERY nice to see on a side arm. I trip, I fall, I lose a grip on my pistol -- all Sigs -- and I may be sans weapon -- and my hands are NOT registered, tough my finger tips are!
