Okay, I'll bite - what the hell is that? To be fair, it looks quite nice; just completely unrecognisable.

I have no idea what it is either, but my own experience in China taught me that when faced with strange foreign food; its best just to eat it and smile. Don't ask whats in it. You might not like the answer.
I was just curious to know if he kept it down.... or did I fail to understand the picture altogether?

Looks like sausage gravy (normally seen on "biscuits & gravy) on top of an egg scramble of some sort - call it a disorganized omlette. I can see ham, mushrooms, cheese, and what may be green peppers, making me think it began life as a Denver Scramble.

I would have never thought to put sausage gravy over a Denver omelet, but it looks good.
