Aloha Crackbar and Mele Kalikimaka! How's that Hamas Gaza-thing working out for them, hiding among the women and children? Such bravery. They beat themselves, we just use 'em as target practice.

I'm with EX-STAB. There is just something addictive about that video. I just know that round took out the guy on the tube and judging from the distance, killed or wounded the camera man.
I wonder if the obvious happened, they prepped the rounds by pulling the safety pins, then hit one hard enough stacking it to arm it, so Mr. Mortar round thought he had already been fired and was no longer anybody's friend, or did they get the round from a hidden storage cache that someone found and who then prepped some rounds for them.

Thanks for that. I first saw this quite a while ago, before I found a program that rips movie clips of the Interweb. Now, whenever I need cheering up, I can just play this on Media Player.

I see, he noticed that he had a primed round resting on the base plate. He moved them one handed clinking them around and stacking them real close together. The shock wave off of the base plate must have jostled them enough to arm one.
A side note:
During WW II in Italy the Germans tried to take a building some GIs were held up in. One GI on the roof ran out rifle rounds and grenades but he did have some mortar rounds. He pulled the pin on the mortar rounds, banged them on roof to arm them and then threw them into the street among the attacking Germans . They went off on contact.

Now, what also could be that they ranged him and returned the favour...
