As has been pointed out by those more knowledgeable in these financial areas ,anything that slows down the carbon trading crap has to be good.

It is a long time since this old dog had a corporate credit card but he recalls some guff about being "jointly and severally liable" which means that when the liquidator can't pay off the card the individual whose name is on it must.
