Congratulations on a fantastic photo! I worked in Fuzhou from 1991 to 1998, flying in and out several times per year for one week of meetings with our office staff in that city. This skyline did not exist in 1998.

Stay away from the green olive like "fruits" they claim as a delicacy. Don't recall the name but is was quite possibly the most bitter tasting material I have ever ingested. Right up there with the fried cicadas.
