Saw this around 15 years back on a VHS called something like "Deadly Weapons". All sorts of interesting 'experiments' in similar vein. Whether a 12-guage slug really will penetrate a car and whether .50-cal tracer will set off a petrol tank - that sort of thing. However, I was told that it did indeed end in tears off camera - how true that is I couldn't say...
