What is that Diversity Manager paid for? I see no minority ethic workers apart from he Pole, no women and shouldn't the hole have wheelchair access- ramp and handrail?

I believe the ethnic minority tea boy is around the back of the spoil with the female Corporate & Social Responsibility Manager thus exonerating the Diversity Manager. Sorted.
