I doubt space for perps is a problem, all they would need is a length of rope and a sturdy attachment point at the rear.
RE the firepower... doesn't the galliadios advertising include mention of the space to carry a set of golf clubs in the luggage space? youcan fit a pair of GPMGs and a couple of boxes of ammo in the space a golf set fits :D

The two Lamborghinis have been donated by the company itself to the police force along with a vital organ transportation device and a defibrillator in may 2004. no government money has been spent.
