Nukes & North Korea
North Korea says it will not consider halting its nuclear programme unless UN sanctions imposed after it tested a nuclear device in October are lifted. The condition was part of the North's tough opening statement as six-nation talks on the issue resumed in Beijing after a one-year suspension. The North warned it would increase its nuclear deterrent if its demands were not met.

So lets get this straight, Kim Dim Sun II (or what ever the hell he is called) wont stop talking in class until the detention that he is in for talking in class is cancelled. Indeed, unless all detention is cancelled from now on he will be more disruptive in class. I have got that right haven’t I?? So sticking with our analogy, isn’t it time for the School Proctor to break out his favorite length of Malacca cane?
So, we are back to playing nuclear brinksmanship with the Commies again … simple answer, 1 megaton airburst at 15,000 ft over the Koreans research facilities. In fact we could even invite members of certain Middle Eastern organizations to watch, either in person or via a webcast … preceded by that being given handouts containing Mecca’s targeting co-ordinates.
Who would object? The Chinese – well they certainly don’t want an unstable rogue North Korea on their southern boarder & besides, one phone call to Peking informing them of the US’s new found reluctance to honour Chinese debt will buy their silence

You say that China wouldn't like to see an unstable North Korea. The present one gave the Chinese, its nominal ally, twenty whole minutes warning of the nuke test.
How stark, staring bonkers do they have to be before you think they're unstable?
