& a quick firearms post for y'all
Firstly ...

from reader Tim
& secondly, in the interests of providing unbiased advice, could any of you help reader R with his current dilemma...
****** and I went to ***** ***** on Sunday for a few clays. He was desperate ...missed all but 1 out of 30. I managed 10 out of 20 ā quite happy! We chatted with a lad over tea who had a Beretta Ultralight deluxe... ****** was taken... Was a lovely gun in beautiful condition ā and so light compared to my Medallist! Wanted to solicit your views on ******sā behalf.... Wot do your reckon? Was quite keen myself too! R
So, what do we think R should be doing????

Buy. Buy. Buy.
By the way our safety officer didn't like the photo. He was very disappointed that neither rifleman nor dog were wearing ear defenders.
I took his pencil sharpener away as punishment.

I'm with fdm on this one. If you're missing that many, a more expensive gun probably won't help.
A shorter one, maybe, but not more expensive.
Nice seeing-eye dog, too. The blind should become more involved in the shooting sports. Based on recent news from around here, they won't do any worse than the police.
