A Cologne brothel touting for clients with a World Cup-themed banner has blacked out the flags of Iran and Saudi Arabia after threats from Muslims. The giant banner on a high-rise building shows a semi-naked woman and the flags of the 32 countries in the World Cup, which kicks off in June. The Pascha brothel's owner, Armin Lobscheid, said a group of Muslims had threatened violence over the advert. He said they had accused the brothel of insulting Islam by using the flags. First there were telephone threats of violence, then about 30 hooded protesters armed with knives and sticks turned up outside Pascha on Friday
So let me be clear on this - first of all cartoons were an insult to Islam, now using a national flag in a poster is an insult to Islam. Have I got that straight?

I think maybe the best thing to do with islamic countries is: Anytime you would normally show an islamic nation's flag on TV or any other media, black it out. Refuse to acknowledge the flag as belonging to that country, and even that country's own identity. The same goes for any islamic artwork. If the stupid ragheads want to behave like children, then they should be treated accordingly. Why should we do what they want, since when did they run the world. More importantly since when did Britain do anything some backwards, (un)cilvilisation told them to!

Yes... so far so good, but don't imagine for one moment that this is the end of the matter. The more we comply the more they'll demand. I don't know how it'll all end, but the lessons of history, in similar cases, are clear.
