John Lennon – the latest secular saint?
I watched yesterday’s commemoration of John Lennon’s murder with an air of bemused detachment. Sure he wrote some good tunes – he also wrote some pretty bad ones. Aside from that, he was an habitual drug using wife beater – well what do you expect, he was from Liverpool.
