London at midday
Bombs all over London, very little movement other than the sound of the emergency services rushing to the 7 confirmed blast sites.
And you wonder why we fight?
We fought you in the fields of Flanders
We fought you through the fields of France and in the fields and streets of Northern Ireland.
We will fight you on the streets of Basra and if you decide to come to London, we will fight you there.
All of Hitlers bombers and V weapons couldn't daunt us, neither will you.
Ironic that when the G8 leaders are trying to do something about some of the worlds problems, the barbarians are hammering at the gate. Well, open the gate says I and bring it on...we have seen this all before. We have defeated this all before.
Now if you will excuse me, I am going to try and get home to my family.
God bless

Well put Mr FM.

I remember trying to get home on day in september a few years ago...
Good luck and Gods speed...
Is the stout bulldog going to finally get up from the cozy spot in front of the fire???

I hope the rest of your country shares your sentiment. I can only imagine that it'll be moments before our Pelosi and Kennedy start crying that this happened *because* we're blowing terrorists up in Iraq.

For the lost souls, tears.
For the injured, aid.
For the witness, comfort.
For the rest of us, vigilance.
As for my family in the USA, our prayers are with you.

It was not part of their blood,
It came to them very late
With long arrears to make good,
When the English began to hate.
They were not easily moved,
They were icy-willing to wait
Till every count should be proved,
Ere the English began to hate.
Their voices were even and low,
Their eyes were level and straight.
There was neither sign nor show,
When the English began to hate.
It was not preached to the crowd,
It was not taught by the state.
No man spoke it aloud,
When the English began to hate.
It was not suddenly bread,
It will not switftly abate,
Through the chill years ahead,
When Time shall count from the date
That the English began to hate.

God Bless

Couldn't help but to notice that the news seems to be sanitized a bit after the attacks. We are seeing the destroyed bus, ambulances, and people milling about, but not much of the victims. Not saying I would enjoy seeing the blood all over the place (though as an EMT I can handle it), It just seems like people are going out of their way to prevent us from being angered at this.... as we should be.
We stand with you Britain, as you have stood by us. This will not go unavenged.

When the gate opens and they bring it on, I'll be standing next to you ready for whatever the f**kers want to try!
I may be alone and crying right now, but they're not going to win and stop ME!

As one of those who "fought" in Northern Ireland, I am sorry to say thet terrorism DOES sometimes work - just look how many murderous IRA and Proddy thugs have set free by Blair's government. What a waste. Note the lack of enthusiasm to put the blame where it belongs this time (despite Al Quaeda admitting it) and the deafening silence from Islamic community leaders....

Take care. We're with you in spirit.

Your people and leaders are in my prayers. You are not alone, and the New World stands with you.
God Bless the United Kingdom and Her Royal Majesty.

First, it is my sincerest hope that your family and friends are all safe. God be with you and yours.
Second, as the British have been so steadfastly at our side since our own tragedy here, we Americans will not leave yours. Today we are all Londoners.

My prayers are going up for you, yours and your nation, Mr FM.
Glad you're ok. Have you heard from Tim at an Englishmans Castle?

G-d Bless.
You stood and stand with us. Rest assured that it works both ways.
Now let's drop a few big ones on the Islamoturds.

Bombing London = bombing my home town here in the US. Anybody that attacks you attacks us, too.

God bless and keep you safe, and keep your powder dry and your oil boiling, ready for the parapets!

God Bless and stand firm.
Time to cast a hard eye at the islamist that are already through the gates. Close the mosques in Britain and deport the bastards.

A friend is stuck in Acton after work and so we offered her a spare room for the night. She might be along later if the train isn't working. She's going to the pub first to watch the cricket.

This is horrible. I feel for England, you too are victims of Islamists. May your pain diminish, and your military victories increase!! God Bless the English people.
Posted by: American Sympathizer | July 7, 2005 6:42 PM
Deport the islamics? How can we be so insensitive?
After all, they supposedly fled oppression in the ME for freedom in the west...not to proselyte through fear.
Any moron who thinks the terrorist hordes' inner child is having a tantrum should know that when children get out of line they get taken to the wood shed and a can of whup ass is opened up.

And may God bless you and England, sir.

I just got out of bed after a torturous bout of insomnia, and I find out about this. I'll be praying for all of you over there.
This is horrifying.

Hopefully the perpetrators of this attack
will get their 72 Virginians sooner rather than later.

Stay safe and here's hoping the Bulldog is finally let off the lead.

God bless your great nation. You have my deepest sympathies.

I will repeat this here for it is my sincere wish for you. And though I have not a drop of British blood in my veins, you are my cousins, my family, the culture and basis in law that made my great land possible. Even though, we had to take it from you. Well, George III.
May you find peace through homicide. May you please allow us to help.
Please know that I am almost as sad as I was on Sep. 11, 2001. And that I am every bit as enraged as I was then. God save the Queen.

England, Scotland and Wales are allies and friends of the United States of America. Whoever chooses you as an enemy, chooses us.
Mourn your dead, aid and comfort your wounded... and when you're ready, so are we.

Tim is fine -- although he chose yesterday (ie. Thursday) as the first day in a year to catch a train to London, he never got that far, and spent the rest of the day getting home.

God bless you.
God damn them.

"We few; we happy few; We band of Brothers."
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you in London tonight! Thanks for standing tall with us, when so many refuse to face this threat to western civilization, nae civilization itself, from these animals.
God Bless.

Happy hunting to you who are looking for the terrorists that hit London yesterday. May you catch the perpetrators and give them poetic justice.
My sincere condolences to those who lost family members and friends yesterday.
