The White Ensign flies over France...

Well, Family FM has returned from the Alps, notwithstanding machanical failure ( more on that later ). While away, one commenter posted thefollowing,

"I hope that you had a great trip & wore your 'Trafalgar 1805- 2005' T shirt, inscribed with the motto: -
'His Majesty counts for nothing the loss of his ships', Napoleonīs message , 'provided they are lost with glory.'"

Well, your humble correspondent is please to be able to report that at least over a small part of Les Arcs, the White Ensign flies.

Rest assured dear readers, I did of course try to order a pink gin (in Naval measures) but Pierre just didnt seem to understand! Puts me in the mood to watch 'Master & Commander' ....again!
