Multiple choice for the sporting chap
Q. You have been in the pub till late, at six thirty the following morning a mate phones you to see if you can spend the day partridge shooting. Do you:
A) Thank him for the invite but explain that you have a full schedule so won’t be able to make it.
B) Given the severity of the hangover, hang up & fester in your pit till lunchtime
C) Go shooting
No brainer really … see you all tomorrow

Good show, partridge are always a welcome addition to the table.
Plucking is not much fun, though. I've been shooting with guys who skinned their birds ("forgive me Father, for I have skinned") which was vaguely troubling to me.
