I've always sort of liked the Canadians, fellow Allies that have stood by Great Britain in some of our darkest hours. Anyone who has read an account of their assault of Vimy Ridge in 1917 can have no doubt about their stoicism under fire (notwithstanding a poor showing in Bosnia).
